Caesar salad with hemp oil and the addition of hemp seeds

How:
For dressing, mix hemp oil, 1 tbsp. of parmesan, dijon mustard, anchovy paste, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise. Cut the salad into pieces and put it in a medium or large salad bowl.
Now add the croutons, hemp seeds and the last 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. Pour it with
dressing and enjoy one of the easiest and fastest salads.

There are of course vegan alternatives also.

Ingredients:

• green lettuce

• croutons

• 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds

• 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese (or vegan cheese)

• 2 tablespoons of hemp oil

• 2 tbsp. mayonnaise (vegan)

• Garlic 1 clove (crushed)

• 2 teaspoons of white vinegar

• 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard

• 1 teaspoon of anchovy paste (or vegan alternative)

• salt and pepper
